Background Checks - As an additional service, The Everest Group provides background checks at the request of our employers in order to provide for a more comprehensive hiring process. Typical background searches include 7 year criminal and employment history, Social Security and Driver's License verification, verification of education, and professional reference checks. Other verifications may be requested by an employer with little or no extra turn around time. The Everest Group takes pride in reporting the most accurate information to our clients and candidates to provide for a high quality hiring experience on both ends.

SelecSys
- MRI helps clients improve the accuracy of decisions through the use of our proprietary compatibility assessment tool. Clients are provided with a simple survey form consisting of questions about the position. A custom job profile defining the traits of the ideal candidate is generated upon data analysis. After the candidates complete the profile form and analysis of the data determines their personality profiles. SelecSys then matches the two profiles to show how closely candidate profiles fit the ideal job profile. In this way, a quick, accurate compatibility assessment is obtained for each candidate. To increase the accuracy of the results, SelecSys provides behavior-based questions to ask during the interview process. These questions focus on a candidate’s specific, work-related job experiences and give an accurate indication of their future behavior and likelihood of success. Even after candidates are hired, SelecSys continues to give feedback about their interaction with co-workers. SelecSys also measures the results of entire teams to improve their interaction, communication, and productivity.

This effective tool gives a fair assessment of candidate skills, lowers interviewer bias, and creates a better evaluation of candidate comparisons by showing more predictable employee performance enabling clients to make better hiring decisions.

FAS Hotline - We provide relocation service help through our exclusive agreement with FAS Relocation Network. Pre-hire feedback and post-hire resources are provided for all relocation services for new hires. MRI provides deep discounts through national contracts with all major van line carriers as well as dedicated relocation coaches to handle the coordination of the entire move process with the candidate and family.
